You need to amend your computers configuration regarding 'cookies'. This is because the website stores a cookie on your computer so that we know you are logged in. If you are using Internet Explorer then this can be updated within the tools, options (or preferences), privacy, advanced settings of your browser by enabling first party (AKA originating website) and session cookies.
3. Question: I am having problems with images, can you advise me? Answer: In order to use your photos on the Prima Property website you need to adhere to a few basic guidelines. The images must be in JPEG format, typically these will have a file extension of .jpg or .jpeg.
Although many digital cameras produce JPEG format photos most of these are not immediately ready for use on the site as they are far too large, a 4 megapixel digital camera (which is fairly standard) will typically produce an image about 1MB in size, this will both take you some time to upload to our server and also take a long time for people to download when viewing your property. For best results you should resize your image to about 400 pixels wide (most photos directly off a camera start out at about 1,200 wide). Most graphics programs (even Windows Paint) allow you to resize your images. This reduces the size and file size, a good photo will be about 100Kb in size which helps everyone.
