· For a referrer to receive cash back the advertiser must enter the recipients e-mail address in the indicated field whilst completing the advertising transaction details.

· For a referrer to receive cash back in the currency of their choice out of the selection available at that time within the Paypal system, the advertiser must enter the recipients preferred currency in the indicated field whilst completing the advertising transaction details.

· Referrals for cash back cannot be made in any other way.

· Once the transaction has been made, the advertiser will not be able to edit the referrers e-mail address.

· Only one cash back is allowed per property advertised or transaction made.

· Transaction must be completed in it's entirety for the referrer to receive the cash back.

· The referrer will only receive the reward after the 7 day money back guarantee period has elapsed and if NO monies have been refunded.

· A member and/or subsequently an advertiser cannot identify themselves as a referrer and is not entitled to the benefits of the cash back offer for the property or properties they themselves advertise. An individual can only receive cash back for properties advertised by another party who identifies them as a referrer

· Please allow a 28 day period after the 7 day money back guarantee has elapsed to receive your cash back monies.

· All cash back rewards will be made through the Paypal system. If you are unable to have a Paypal account for any reason you will not be able to receive referral cash back and should not provide your e-mail address.

· There is no limit to the total of cash back rewards that can be received.

· The transaction with a referrer is complete and final once a referrer receives a cash back reward.
